Drafts and actions
Review, approve, or edit what your assistant prepares
Your assistant prepares the work. You decide what goes out. Nothing reaches a client, a signer, or the other side of a deal without your say-so.
Email drafts
Ask for a reply or a follow-up and the draft opens in a panel next to your chat. Read it, edit anything, then hit Send. If you'd rather not send it, close it, nothing happens until you act.
Email that arrives on its own works the same way. When something important lands that clearly needs a reply, your assistant writes one in your voice and saves it to your drafts folder. You'll find it waiting in Gmail, ready to send or rewrite.
Document and signature actions
Form fills, offer packets, and signature requests work the same way. The assistant assembles the paperwork, shows you what it filled and what it couldn't, and waits for your confirmation before anything is sent to a signer.
Offer decisions
When offers come in, your assistant lays out the stack and can prep a counter, an acceptance, or a rejection. It never acts on an offer by itself. You say the word, it executes the paperwork.
Editing before approval
Everything the assistant prepares is editable. Change the email copy, adjust a form field, swap a number in the counter. Your edits are what go out, in your name, under your judgment.
