How the assistant works
What your AI assistant can and can't do
Your assistant works the way a great human assistant does. It has real access to your deals, contacts, documents, and inbox, it does the legwork, and the consequential moves are always yours to approve.
What it can do
- Contacts and deals. Create and update contacts, transactions, terms, dates, notes, and tasks.
- Email. Read your inbox, surface what matters, and draft replies in your voice.
- Documents. Classify and file what arrives, prep forms from templates, and run signature workflows.
- MLS and pricing. Search listings, pull comps, and build a CMA with adjustments and a price range.
- Listings and offers. Manage listing campaigns, write Fair Housing-safe property copy, track the offer stack, and prep counters or acceptance paperwork for your go-ahead.
- Seller net sheets. Estimated proceeds, computed from the actual numbers, never guessed.
- Scheduling. Showings, consultations, and closings on your Google Calendar, plus multi-stop tour plans with drive times.
- Research. Web search for rates, market questions, and anything outside your own data.
It also remembers how you like things done. Tell it a preference once ("never schedule showings before 10am") and it applies it going forward.
The rules it works under
- Nothing sends without you. Emails are drafted, you hit send. Signature requests, offer packets, and offer decisions happen only on your explicit confirmation.
- It never makes things up. Prices, dates, license numbers, square footage, if it doesn't know, it asks instead of guessing.
- You can see its work. Actions show up in the deal's activity, so you always know what happened and why.
What it won't do
It won't accept, counter, or reject an offer on its own, sign anything for anyone, send email without your review, or give legal advice. The judgment calls stay with you.
