Backhouse is designed to feel like working with a real assistant. You can reach it through multiple channels.
Text
Send a text message to your assistant's number. You'll find it on the chat welcome screen in the app, where you can save it as a contact card with one tap. Try something like "What's on my plate today?" or "Draft a follow-up for the Smith deal."
Forward an email to your workspace's Backhouse address, or cc it on a thread. You'll find the address on the chat welcome screen. Your assistant reads it, files any attachments to the right deal, and surfaces what matters in the app.
Voice note
Send a voice note via text. Backhouse will transcribe it and take action. Perfect for when you're driving between showings.
Chat
Use the chat interface in the app to have a conversation with your assistant. Ask questions, request drafts, or get a status update on any deal.
