Importing contacts

The fastest way to fill your CRM is your inbox.

Connect your email first

When you connect your email, Backhouse builds contacts from the people you actually correspond with, names, addresses, and conversation history included. Your active relationships show up without a single row of CSV cleanup, and they keep themselves current as you work.

Adding people individually

For anyone who isn't in your inbox yet, add them in seconds. Tell your assistant ("Add Marcus Webb, he's a lender, 512-555-0177"), text it a contact card from your phone, or click New contact in the Contacts view.

Have a spreadsheet or an old CRM?
