You don't have to open the app to use Backhouse. Your assistant is reachable from the tools already on your phone.

Texting

Text your assistant at its number, you'll find it on the chat welcome screen in the app, where you can save it as a contact card with one tap. Ask questions, delegate work, or forward something you just got. It replies right in the thread.

Voice notes

Driving between showings? Send a voice note by text. Backhouse transcribes it, acts on it, and keeps the transcript in your chat history so you can find it later.

Photos and attachments

Text a photo of a signed page, a document, or anything deal-related. Your assistant reads it, classifies it, and files it where it belongs.

Email

Forward or cc your workspace's Backhouse address on any thread. Your assistant reads it, files attachments to the right deal, and surfaces what matters in the app.

One conversation, everywhere

Texts, voice notes, and in-app chat all land in the same conversation history. Start something from your car, finish it at your desk.
